Parking: 700 Commonwealth Ave (Warren Towers Garage)
- A flat rate of $12 is offered after 4pm weekdays, and anytime on weekends. Rates increase when events are at Fenway Park. Metered Parking is available along Commonwealth Avenue, Bay State Road, and Granby Street. FREE after 6pm & Sundays.
Take the T: Green Line “B” train, “Boston University East” stop.
Handicap Accessibility: The ramp-accessible entrance into Tsai Performance Center is located in the rear of the building via the parking lot at 240 Bay State Road (which also has handicap parking spaces available). This entrance is marked “Tsai Performance Center Guest Entrance.” Once inside, go to the left in the main hallway and take the elevator to the first floor to the marble lobby of the Tsai Center. Parking at the 240 Bay State Lot is offerred at a flat rate of $12 after 4pm on weekdays, and anytime on weekends. Metered parking in the city of Boston is FREE for those displaying a handicap placard.
Please note that all other entrances on Commonwealth Avenue have stairs. Wheelchair and companion seating is in the orchestra section. The lobby elevators can take you to the accessible restrooms on the second floor. We encourage those with accessibility needs to inform the ticket seller when purchasing tickets.
